Refund Policy


If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please reach out via the contact form on this website or by sending an email directly to contact@thescriptsshop.com so we can assist you. 


However, please note: due to the fact that The Scripts Shop exclusively sells digital products which cannot be returned, we are only able to offer refunds for the following reasons:


  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice. You will receive a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  • The product was misrepresented in the description, meaning that the delivered product did not match the description or an advertised piece of the product was not delivered. Customer's subjective opinions about a product's quality do not constitute misrepresentation.

We are not able to offer refunds simply because:


  • You change your mind.
  • You no longer need or want the product.
  • You have found a competitor product which better suits your needs.
  • You do not have the necessary skills to utilize the product.
  • You do not have email marketing software to use the product.
  • You do not have Adobe Reader to open the PDF or a Google account to open the Google Doc.
  • You claim to have bought the product "on accident".
  • You cannot download the product due to the internet speed at your location.
  • You claim the product file is "corrupt" but cannot provide evidence to that fact.
  • You have been given access to the product legally through someone else who has licensed the product from The Scripts Shop.
  • You purchased the product over 7 days ago.

The Scripts Shop does not offer price adjustments or refunds for any items you have purchased which go on sale at a later date.


Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase via the contact form on this website or by sending an email directly to contact@thescriptsshop.com
